The CDCA Board is calling a Special Board Meeting for this Saturday, September 18 at 8:30 am at the Park Pavilion.  The 87th Texas Legislature passed several bills affecting POAs that became law on September 1, 2021. This Special Meeting will discuss all the new laws and how the CDCA Board has responded.

Our attorney recommended four policies for the Board and membership to consider in order to be in compliance with the new laws.

The Board will be discussing the policies at the special meeting Saturday, 8:30 at the Park Pavilion. Members attending the meeting will have an opportunity to speak and ask questions.
